Ophiz is a B2B SaaS platform that enables a business to track attendance and leave requests of their employees.

This data is used to provide core functionality such as verifying attendance at authorized locations and preventing fraud. Location coordinates captured during these actions may be transmitted to our servers and stored with your attendance record.

Location Data

We access your device's location when you use features that require it, such as marking attendance, using geofenced check-in/out, or when using trip-tracking features. During an active trip, the app may collect real-time location updates to provide accurate routing, distance tracking, and fraud prevention. Real-time tracking occurs only while the trip feature is in use and stops immediately when the trip ends.

Types of location collected may include precise GPS and network-based approximate coordinates. We store coordinates with timestamps and your organization identifiers to create attendance and trip records.

We share location data only with service providers that help us operate the Service under contractual safeguards, and we do not sell location data.

You can disable location access at any time in your device settings; however, features such as check-in/out, geofencing, or trip tracking will not work without it. You may request deletion of your data through the Account Deletion form.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
